LOL, blah, blah, blah...All I know is the population trend AIN'T toward the north! THAT says it ALL about what is the preference. And that goes for employers who keep leaving the Midwest to the Sunbelt.

In those cold temperatures you'll have to dress in layers. That takes about 15 minutes to do it right, and once you're good to go, it's not very comfortable. Often times before you can leave, you have to shovel the driveway so you can get your vehicle out. And then there's also the possibility of the vehicle getting stuck in the snow because the streets haven't been plowed yet. It's such a big hassle in order to go to school or work or to the grocery store

I really never understood why anybody would want to live in such a harsh and cold climate when they don't have to.
Lol....oh bless your heart.

I'd like to live in Orlando but I'm too scared of shark attacks.

Yeah the weather isn't the greatest during this time, but it's still a beautiful state IMO.

If you're talking U. of Iowa, a wee bit leftist is an understatement.

It's true that the U of I is a far cry from Liberty University or Oral Roberts University - and THANK GOD FOR THAT!
