three logical derivations

here is the first one

more than 1400 years ago the non believers wanted to find anything to use it against the prophet to destroy his message and they tried many different things

and one day they told him if you want us to believe then split the moon into two

the prophet asked Allah to split the moon
the moon was split into two

they could see one half above a mountain in the right
and the other half above another mountain in the left
and they could see a third mountain between the two half

but despite this big miracle the non believers did not believe

but they had to say something to make their hearts comfortable so they said this is magic

and their leader to be more logical and comfortable he said let us wait until the other people who will come soon to this city and we ask them if they could see the moon split into two because if Mohammed cast magic on us then he could not cast magic on all the people.

and when other people arrived to Mecca they asked them about the moon and they said yes we saw the moon split

then their leader said this is a continues magic.

Allah reveled these versus

The hour drew nigh and the moon was rent in twain.
And if they behold a portent they turn away and say: Prolonged illusion.
They denied (the Truth) and followed their own lusts. Yet everything will come to a decision
And surely there hath come unto them news whereof the purport should deter,
Effective wisdom; but warnings avail not.
So withdraw from them (O Muhammad) on the day when the Summoner summoneth unto a painful thing.
With downcast eyes, they come forth from the graves as they were locusts spread abroad,
Hastening toward the summoner
the disbelievers say: This is a hard day.
The folk of Noah denied before them, yea, they denied Our slave and said: A madman; and he was repulsed.
So he cried unto his Lord, saying: I am vanquished, so give help.
Then opened We the gates of heaven with pouring water
And caused the earth to gush forth springs, so that the waters met for a predestined purpose.
And We carried him upon a thing of planks and nails,
That ran (upon the waters) in Our sight, as a reward for him who was rejected.
And verily We left it as a token; but is there any that remembereth?
Then see how (dreadful) was My punishment after My warnings!
And in truth We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; but is there any that remembereth? The Noble Quran.

But where is the logical derivation?

It is here in these verses

The hour drew nigh and the moon was rent in twain.
And if they behold a portent they turn away and say: Prolonged illusion.

The non believers and their leaders did not deny that.

If the moon was not really split then the non believers would say Muhammad says in the Quran that the moon was split and we said it Prolonged illusion. And they would say Muhammad is a liar .

But because what happened was true then they did not comments on

The hour drew nigh and the moon was rent in twain.
And if they behold a portent they turn away and say: Prolonged illusion.

Imagine the peace in the world if all religions and the members of those religions were happy and peaceful in their faith and accepted that others were happy in theirs too.

Imagine Christians, Muslims and Jews living in peace and understanding because they have respect and understanding of the other.

Imagine that we don't feel the need to convert the other but we live in peace and understanding because we understand G-d brings many into his fold but in different ways.

Just imagine a world of peace where there is understanding of the other....

"Logical," he says. But whose logic?

here is the second story where from it you can extract the truth and that Muhammed is a true prophet and the Quran is from Allah

Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet) and perish he!
His wealth and his children will not benefit him!
He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames!
And his wife, too, who carries wood (thorns of Sa'dan which she used to put on the
way of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, or use to slander him).
In her neck is a twisted rope of Masad (palm fibre). The Noble Quran.

in the above verses the quran says that Abu Lahab will go to Hell in other words he will die without believing.
Abu Lahab lived for many years after this prophecy was revealed. He could have destroyed the credibility of Islam and the Prophet simply by pretending to convert. But he didn't.

Gazak Allah khair

Al-Bukhari recorded that Anas bin Malik said, "The people of Makkah asked the Messenger of Allah to produce a miracle, and he showed them the splitting of the moon into two parts, until they saw (the mount of) Hira' between them.''

The disbelievers said that
a) Muhammad (upon whom be Allah's peace and blessings) had worked magic on them! therefore, their eyes had been deceived !!

b) The other people said: "Muhammad could have worked magic on us but not on all the people. Let the people from other places come: we shall ask them if they also had witnessed this incident. " When the people from other places came, they bore evidence that they also had witnessed the same phenomenon.

This was really a great miracle. The truth stand like mountains while falsehood usually refutes itself !

Abu Lahab lived for many years after this prophecy was revealed. He could have destroyed the credibility of Islam and the Prophet simply by pretending to convert. But he didn't.
Narrated Ibn Abbas:
When the Verse:--'And warn your tribe of near-kindred, was revealed, the Prophet ascended the Safa (mountain) and started calling, "O Bani Fihr! O Bani 'Adi!" addressing various tribes of Quraish till they were assembled. Those who could not come themselves, sent their messengers to see what was there. Abu lahab and other people from Quraish came and the Prophet then said,
"Suppose I told you that there is an (enemy) cavalry in the valley intending to attack you, would you believe me?"
They said, "Yes, for we have not found you telling anything other than the truth."
He then said, "I am a warner to you in face of a terrific punishment."
Abu lahab said (to the Prophet) "May your hands perish all this day. Is it for this purpose you have gathered us?" Then it was revealed: "Perish the hands of Abu lahab (one of the Prophet's uncles), and perish he! His wealth and his children will not profit him...." (111.1-5) (Book 60, Hadith 293, Albukhari)

It's a declaration of a fact he is from disbelievers that aren't worthy of God mercy. The satan completely controlled and deceived hom to share him in his fate !

A book written by Muhammed is supposed to prove to us Muhammed is a prophet?

Jazzy, in the United States I think we live in a world like you imagined, as long as we ignore the few nut cases that seem to make the news all the time.

No one gives me a hard time for being an atheist or tries to convert me. At our golf course, my Jewish and Christian friends and I get along very well. When I ask them questions about their religion, they answer me in a very nice manner.
