Because the western folks have extremely low birth rates and because lefts support islamization and dechristianization of former christian countries it is not difficult to imagine that not later as in fifty years Europa, USA, Australia will became muslim states, probably with Sharia law and without science, manufacturing, education and a good life quality. America is much stronger, it is separated by an ocean from this turmoil, and it has been blessed with ample warning. Europe is doomed; America will survive.

If, and perhaps when, Islam "overtakes" Christianity the world will still spin. Life will still go on. The "threat" is not Islam, or Christianity, or Buddhism, or any religion or set of beliefs. The threat to humanity is our identification with institutions and our obsessive need to always be "right" and destroy the "enemy."
I am not one to ascribe to "Eurabia" hysteria-- however there is no doubt that the native European birthrate has imploded while the immigrant muslim birthrate has remained well above replacement level. Just as hispanics will soon be the majority in the US due to immigration and above-replacement-level birth rates, it seems inevitable that this will eventually happen with muslims in europe, unless muslims severely decrease their fertility rates or europeans increase theirs, neither of which is likely to happen.
Muslims shun intermarriage and have very high rates of cousin marriages which makes assimilation less likely for them than it might be for other groups. First cousin marriage rates are anywhere from 30-80% depending on the country.

If Islam overtakes the world we can expect to live as to those in Saudia Arabia, Iran, Libya, or Syria, to name a few countries that have authoritarian governments. There is only 1 democratic Muslim country and that is Turkey.
Out of the vast Islamic world there is only Turkey. That speaks volumes as to what the world would look like under Muslim rule.
And as to the truth only 2 religions think they have the truth and want to see their truths spread worldwide and that would be Islam and Christianity.
