(1) Who are the "we"? I thought muslims were supposed to believe in one god. Or maybe allah is just being an arrogant ass and referring to himself as the "royal we".
(2) If the "we" refers to allah, who is allah worshipping? To whom is allah praying?
(3) If the "we" refers to allah's followers who are worshipping allah, then this sura involves men talking, which means that the KKKoran is not the direct word of allah.
This allah guy is sure one crazy mixed up sonofabytch.

This is the first soora or chapter in the book of the Quran: the keysoora or keychapter.
It is read in every daily prayer, so it is an address to God Almighty with supplication and praising and glorifying.
The word "we" is related to the people who worship and pray, where they submit themselves to God alone and pray him to guide them to the way of monotheism in this World and the way of Paradise in the afterlife and on Judgment Day.
This soora teaches man how to pray and supplicate his Lord: God Almighty, and to say these words in their prayers and in many of their affairs.
The advantages of this soora:
You take this soora with you in the afterlife and in the Judgment; if you recite it, I think it may cause your prosperity, according to God's generosity.
It is recited in many situations like marriage, birth of child, death, and is read at the beginning of any proposal or project and any deal in commerce or government, and read in all the bowings of the daily prayer.
It is the summary of all the Glorious Quran, and the prayers cannot be accomplished unless by reading this soora or chapter.
It increases the provision, and leads to much blessing, and forgiveness of sins, according to God's forgiveness and mercy to the monotheists and believers.

This is the opening soora of the Glorious Quran:
The explanation:
(In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds.
Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Master of the Day of Judgment.
You [alone] we worship; and You [alone] we ask for help.
Show us the standard way [of monotheism in the life of the World, which will lead us to the way of Paradise in the afterlife.]
The way [followed] by those [monotheists: Paradise people] on whom You have been Gracious and Bounteous,
not [the way] of those [Jews] with whom You have been angry,
nor [the way] of those [Christians] who have gone astray!)

This soora or chapter is like what man says to a mighty king or monarch, and how he submits and humbles himself before such king [: God]
At the start, he commences by celebrating and glorifying this monarch or king [: God].
Then he says to Him, that he only seeks His help and submits himself to Him alone.
Then he prays God to save and bestow on him the prosperity of Paradise together with the righteous people.
