We are obligated in the Qur'an and the Ahadith to obey the laws of any nation we are in.. If the laws prevent us from performing Islam we are to leave ASAP.
I do not know any Muslims that want to change the constitution We want the same rights Jews have in America and that is for Islamic laws to be recognized the same as Judaic civil laws are recognized. Just as the Jewish laws (Halacha) apply only to Jews The Islamic civil laws (Sharia) apply only to Muslims. Sharia is not what you see in Saudi, Iran or carried out by ISIS

You are correct. In Western countries Muslims enjoy the same privileges of citizenship regardless of their religious affiliation. (Even after terrorist attacks, mass rapes, rioting and slaughtering!!) But these Muslims are demanding and being given special rights....allowed to cover their faces, Muslim-only living quarters or events, allowing a prisoner the unheard-of right to avoid strip-searches, deeming the "religious vilification" of Islam to be illegal, etc, etc. They are even suing for special rights.
Muslims in the West build mosques, schools, and educational centers and have access to the media without any restriction. (Even after terrorist attacks, mass rapes, rioting and slaughtering!!) They distribute their Islamic materials freely, burn the flags of the countries where they live, demand welfare instead of paying taxes.
On the other hand, non-Muslims are not regarded as citizens by any Islamic state. This is true even if they are original natives of the land!! Christians in the West can leave their religion and follow any religion they want without persecution. A person who chooses to convert to another religion in any Islamic country is an apostate and might even by killed!!

Yes there are some Islamic Nations in which being Muslim is a requirement of citizen ship. Do you know which ones? Give you some hints, Iran has Non Muslim citizens as do Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, Lybia, Algeria, Iraq, and quite a few others it is very few Islamic Nations that require being Muslim as a requirement. A hint only 13 of the 49 Islamic Nations require the President/Head of State to be Muslim, in other words in 36 Islamic Nations the Head of state can be a non-Muslim In 30 countries, heads of state must belong to a certain religion | Pew Research Center
