In just 2009 terror attacks have also occurred in Thailand, Israel, the US, Somalia, India, Yemen, Philippines, Dagestan, Jordan, Russia, Iran, Algeria and Saudi Arabia, so It's not just the three countries you mention.
The attacks that happen in countries that does not have wars are commited by Al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda is trying to destablize a lot of countries but they will never succeed. Al-Qaeda, groups affaliated with AQ and the U.S. are the reasons why innocent people are dying all the time.
If it was "funded by India" it must have been muslims in India...as you know muslims hate each other. Sunni's cant stand the sight of a shiate and vise-versa...

The Mumbai attacks is wrong and unacceptable, India and Pakistan have been having a proxy war for quite sometime, they even have a proxy war over Afghanistan. When the U.S./NATO leave Afghanistan; Afghanistan will fall to either India or Pakistan.
