My experience with vets in Madison has not been good. Pricey and not that great, plus trying to push all sorts of "wellness" visits on you. My advice; find a small town vet within driving distance and you'll come out better in the long run. For instance, I'm able to get 12 months of the Sentinel Heart Worm/Flea preventative for less than I paid for a 6 month supply when I first got the dog and used a Madison vet. Not to mention, when we first got the dog from the shelter, he developed a skin condition, and we paid an arm and a leg for treatment in Madison with no results. Turned out all it took to cure him was switching from regular Ol' Roy to High Performance Ol' Roy......no skin problems in the two years since.

All creatures in Madison is great! It's a small office that's been there a long time. I don't recommend animal health center in Madison. I took my dog here for several a while before I realized how overpriced they were. I also spent a small fortune on some heartworm preventative and then my dog was diagnosed with heartworms I found out they kept no record of my purchase of the medication.

Ol Roy? Forgive me for jumping in but do you read ingredient? Ol Roy is the worst food on the market right up there with Science Diet bad for all dogs!

Go to Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble and find a good food. We use Avoderm for our Miniature Pinchers
