The lovely Shelby May's exotic driving skills have made a big splash in International News. And "her video" has "Gone Viral".

Drunk driver's car flies through the air, flips and crashes into a Mississippi gas station | Daily Mail Online

I'm sure that over the years, it will be interesting to follow the career of this willowy siren.

(Or, as Babette was explaining to a new hire from out-of-town, after advising him to replace every one of his family's cars with three-ton SUVs, "Honey, it's not just the potholes you have to watch out for, around here.")

Bitsi just chimed-in, and would like to add, "Now we know why the landscapers are putting those big-giant rocks everywhere. They help our young people git their cars airborne".

This could have very easily killed several people. I gassed up at that very pump a couple of weeks ago, imagine a mom with three kids in a minivan filling up at the same time...

Shelby should be stripped naked, placed in stockades and flogged at high noon every day for a year...in the Chick fil et parking lot. That would be a hell of a deterrent.

What is this with the "stripped naked and flogged" bit? Peter Fonda, is that you?

During the colonial period, rather than imprisonment, publically shamming an offender in the town square was a very effective deterrent. A tradition carried forward from the old country.

Capital idea, ViverLibre! And you couldn't have chosen a more blessed location, than the righteous parking lot of the nearest Chick-fil-A!

Of course, I'm assuming your plan includes this being televised, via Pay-Per-View, with all proceeds donated to entities helping the victims of drunk drivers.

Yikes! Did it again, "shamming" above should be "shaming" and "publically" should be "publicly."

We all add an extra letter, every now and then. I didn't even notice.

And now, for new revelations regarding the sultry maiden whose driving skills helped put Mississippi on the map. Witnesses say Shelby was going OVER 100MPH (the speed limit is 40). Maybe the Judge read your post, ViverLibre, and will be creative in sentencing, Monday, when this fine paragon of young womanhood is due in court:

Looks like she was on the way to work. It looks like she was wearing a restaurant apron in the video.
