St. Augustine, Stratford Mills???? (apartment complex, to rent, house)

Is stratford mills as nice as it is made out to look online? typically things dont seem the same in person but i thought i'd ask. Looks like a really nice place to rent and in a very central location...however, i'm sure people on this board know the area much better than i do so i'm asking for your advice....thanks a lot!

I don't know about the apartments themselves, but the location is decent if you want to be in St. John's County.

It is right off I95, so if you are using I95 to commute, that's a plus. There's not much to do around there (aside from the outlet malls), but if you don't mind driving into St. Augustine for restaurants, nightlife, etc., then it should be fine.

RE Stratford Mills: Its very nice from the outside. Some friends just moved in and they said it was like living at a resort they love it.

I found that it is one of the few places that looks almost exactly the same as the pictures. I've lived here for a year now and think that it is indeed like a resort! There's so much to do, we give it a big 2 thumbs up!

It may look good inside and out, but it's the service you get from the property manager that will drive you insane. Remember being scolded by an adult when you were in elementary school? That's what it will feel like if you go in the club house to talk for any reason unless it is to give them your rent money. I've lived here for a year and am so glad I am moving out soon.

I've only heard postive comments from people who have lived there. It is probably the nicest apartment complex in St. Augustine.
