Yea, that "soapy bubble stuff"! While tied up to Jax Landing and having some lunch, came back to the boat and found rather large chuncks of it stuck to the bow, stern and fenders of our boat. It wasn't the easiest stuff to wash off either when we got back to our storage facility!
Haven't seen any PWC's on the river water lately perhaps cause of the foam. I wouldn't want to be on a Wave Runner and have the stuff get on my legs!
As far as rentals go, nothing downtown, but Doc Holiday (Orange Park/river area) has boat rentals........website on the Internet. Other than that, we don't know.
