I am looking to narrow down areas to look for housing in the eastern jax area. All of the above zipcodes seem to have homes that are on a decent amount of property, good size homes ( 4+ Bed, 2+Bath)with no CDD fees and perhaps a reasonable HOA fee. My question is within these zipcodes are there neighborhoods that we need to stay away from? Conversly, are there neighboorhoods in these zipcodes that are great and feed into good schools (elementary, middle, high school)?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

I hope 32246 is good. I'm supposed to close on a house there next week. I don't know about schools (no kids), but I like that area in general. The only problem is, so do a lot of other people. Traffic over there on Atlantic and Beach is a little nuts around rush hour.

That's a really broad question. I live in 32277, have lived in 32211, 32225 and work at 32246. The neighborhood I live in is awesome, I love it. But go up a few blocks and it's not the best spots in town. it really does depend on roads. I would just drive around the homes both during the day and night you like and notice all the small details. You can tell a lot this way. You can e-mail me speciafic locaitons and I can tell you a little more about each one to be able to help. i've lived in these area's for over 15 years. I'm 23, purchased my first home in July. So I'm pretty "up to date" with the in/outs of neighborhoods around here.

Default Moving to 32277

Hi my family and I are just moving to casa bella apartments in 32277. It is on University Club Blvd. N. What can you tell me about this area? Is it safe and reasonable? I have a small child and obviously concerned about safety. Thanks for your help.
