I'm OK with that too. I can love America without needing red, white, and blue decorations at the clubhouse or obnoxious fireworks until 2am.

Now, the original question was why QHYCC does not celebrate American holidays like July 4th and Memorial Day, and not about your preferences. Every other Country Club in the JAX area celebrates American holidays.

Everyone who respects and observes our American holidays questions it. To not celebrate our American holidays is extremely uncommon in general, but very common among some groups. Maybe that explains the large percentage of homes for sale in QHYCC and the extremely slow sales as compared to other CCs in the JAX area.
