Inquire at Marsh Landling Country Club. Price per head starts at about $60/pp according to newspaper ads. Compare it with available options at TPC Sawgrass (which is lovely IMO). I can't imagine not doing ok at $200/pp at many places here at that price point. Robyn

LOL I am pretty sure she meant $200 total for the venue rental. There is no excuse for going over $200/head in Jacksonville.

Anyway, I am very curious if such a place exists...it has been mentioned in this thread since 2007 but not sure if it is real.

Most of places / hall rent for $650 to $1500 and up. Most places charge hourly.
Kinghts of Columbus hall on Hendricks Ave pretty reasonable for all day rental and including tables and chairs. For renting $200 you would probably hard to find in Jacksonville.

Oh well - never mind . Do they charge money to get married at the Treaty Oak? What about the beach? Robyn

I think, you should try to talk with your friends so you can get the best banquet halls.
