Is it true that some of Greenleaf Village actually lies in Duval County? If so, how does that impact the school situation? Is everyone still zoned for St Johns Co?

Here are some updated photos of the house. I used Microsoft Paint to put on the shutters, door and garage =)

I rode my bike into Greenleaf today from my home in Coastal Oaks. I have to say there are some very good values in there. It is a good time to build a home right now. Nice little community with parks , and a couple good builders. Love my own community, but for that price range I was impressed.

I was just by there this morning and watched them pour the slab on my house.

Also noticed that I'm only a couple houses down from slimsim.

We just moved into our house last week and we love it. Packed and moved the Uhaul on saturday, then unpacked all of our boxes on Sunday. I am happy to say that there are no more boxes left inside the house. (PS if anyone is moving soon, I have a lot of nice moving boxes)

The park has the sod laid down and they are working on the pavillion every morning when I wake up. It looks like they are also clearing the road that goes south from the rotunda/roundabout.

bmfphaedrus, I also noticed that they started on some more houses (i assume the corner is yours). We have met your future neighbors a few times and they are good people. My wife took yesterday off of work and strolled around the neighborhood and said she noticed a lot more 'sold' signs going up. Two days ago I also saw one of the saleswomen carrying a new 'sold' sign down to an empty lot.

I'm right next to the model homes parking lot so I'll only have one neighbor (for now). In my old neighborhood, nobody really knew each other so I've made a promise to myself to try and be less anti social.

Seems like things are going very quickly. I can't believe how fast they're moving on the park, I've been told they expect to be finished before the end of the year so by the team my house is down the park should be complete.
