Riverfront DT Roommate? (rent, townhouse, buying)

Not sure if this should go in classifieds or not, but looking for a roommate for a ~2,400 sq ft, 3 story, 2br townhouse downtown on the river. 2 parking spaces in a covered garage. Share of the rent is $1,000/mo.

I'm a male military officer in my 20s. Looking for another officer or a professional, gender unimportant. Fairly liberal here. Only major consideration is that I plan on buying a piano, and I play the violin and classical guitar, so if you're not into classical music, I'm may not the roommate for you.

I don't work in any field anymore. I play the TV, the stereo, and with my-----ummmm nevermind . I have a 3 Br/3 Ba house 1 block from the ocean. And room mates will be considered if they are female, young (over 21) and nubile. LOL
