I can't guarantee that these would have textbooks, but try calling:

Chamblin's Book Mine (our most well-known used book place, they are opening a second location downtown soon)

Black Sheep (nice guy )

Tappin Book Mine (at the beach)

Being a physician, I am no stranger to purchasing textbooks. I have saved money just buying from Amazon (like new, very good condition) for a great cost savings and shipping is usually cheap.

Some of the best resale sources that I have found are on the internet.

Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more
Textbookx.com - Buy and Sell New and Used College Textbooks. had a new text book (retailing for 200 USD) for 52 USD

There are also some search engines to find your books:
Bublos.com, for Books: Compare Book Prices at Bublos and Buy Books Cheaper (Canada, US and Britain)
Search for books and compare prices at isbn.nu

Other online sites we've used, in addition to the ones given by titaniummd, are:
half.com
classbook.com
Biggerbooks.com
alibris.com
abebooks.com
ecampus.com

Out of all the online bookstores, we had the best luck with amazon.com and half.com

There is a brick-n-mortar used bookstore on Roosevelt (Rt 17), but for the life of me I cannot remember its name nor exact location. It's somewhere between Roosevelt Mall and FCCJ Kent Campus. It's a small building and on the same side of Roosevelt as the aforementioned.

I did a google search and I think it's College Book Rack. They have 3 locations.
