My husband and I are looking to relocate our family of four to somewhere close to Saint Augustine. We live in a very liberal area in PA and are hoping to get feedback on moving to a neighborhood/school district with more conservative views and ways of life. Appreciate any feedback.

Saint Johns County is among the most conservative counties in Florida. Finding a conservative neighborhood will be the least of your problems.
