Hello! My husand and I are considering moving to the Jacksonville area. After months of searching, Durbin Crossings is starting to grow on me, minus all the extra fees (CDD & HOA). I was just curious as to what residence have to say about the area. Also, we have decided that we would prefer to build vs buy. The buyer that has had our eye from day 1 is, Providence Homes. Has anyone had any experience with them?? Reviews, please. Thanks in advance

I'm sure many people have since they probably have the most lots/homes in DC. We didn't go with them, but they have always been very professional when we've gone in the model. They only have something like 5 lots left in the entire neighborhood and they are selling the model, so better move quick!

DC is almost completely built out. 1 more phase in Cloisterbane and it's over.

Ask for Erik Head at the Providence model

Providence are also building on 43' lots in the Village Center at DC. Only just started in there. They also have numerous 53' lots available in Tollerton and DC South. Providence have also just changed all of their floor plans, for the worse in my opinion.
