We are considering purchasing a condo in The Legends in WGV. We are aware of the ongoing work to correct the construction issues being paid from a builder settlement. The community appears to be a mix of people and has a quiet safe feel to it.

Any suggestions on the Community, good or bad would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I am looking into buying a condo in St. Augustine for my retirement years. Any feedback of good/bad with any complex would be appreciated. Have ruled out Florida Club, the Legends and the Registry. Am looking for a clean, well-established complex east of Rt. 95 that has more owner-residents and fewer renters. Any floor but first floor for me. Am looking to spend under 100,000 and for 2 bedrooms. (Also, thank you for prior responses to my questions on other threads.). M.

You will love the legends. The repairs are almost complete. Great people. The shopping just down the road as all you need for day to day and being so near 95 makes it easy to go to Jacksonville.
