So yea, I'm moving to JAX early next year and I'm curious to know how much people are paying for electricity up there in a 1 bedroom. I currently use FPL and I know Jacksonville uses a company called JEA. My bill right now in a 2 bedroom 1300sqft apartment is never over $100 (usually in the 80's), last month was actually the highest in a while at $96, I'd like for it to stay that way when I move haha.

I just moved to jacksonville as well as have a 700sq ft apartment with washer/dryer/dishwasher. Had the air off 6-7 days out of the first month, and leave it set to 76-80f. Our usage was 1025 kwh and our bill was 132.03

We live in a 2000 sf house. We keep our thermostat around 76-78 and our power usage and cost for the last 4 mo.s was:

bill date ---- kwh ---- cost
10/17 ------ 900 ---- $118
9/18 ------- 1216 --- $157
8/20 ------- 1307 --- $169
7/19 ------- 1366 --- $179

Then there's about $120/mo in irrigation, sewer and water charges, but you don't have to worry about that.
