True, but someone may get confused at the 5 Points intersection. It's a tricky lil devil.

Kings Street in JAX is really coming along and great. I still wind up at Kickback's though.

That place is 50+ miles RT for us. A very long way to go for a burger and a beer (a dinner which I can easily do at home). Robyn

Driving 50+ miles to get perhaps a decent beer and junk food that it's easy to make at home? Thanks - but no thanks.

OTOH - we will fly 12k+ miles RT to get good eats. Or even hire a car to go to that part of JAX if there's something worth eating (and we'll be drinking). We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at a "Jazz Dinner" at the defunct West River on Edgewood in 1996. Excellent food - terrific music. I still have the menu . Robyn

...and more. It's a long ways across town for you, Robyn, but if you're willing to drive to "The Landing"..., just a bit further. Enjoy.

You're willing to give the Landing another try, but not a place that is so much better and the same distance???
A burger? if all your after is a burger go to the nearest 7-11 and Krystal burger joint pick up a 6 pack and a sack full of Krystal Gut Bombs and have at it.
Kickbacks Gastropub is way more than just burgers. Their menu is awesome... they have everything. Seriously. Crazy burgers and sandwiches, pastas, meats, comfort food, and all-day breakfast (pancakes, omelettes)... if you have someone who's a picky eater in your party, come to Kickbacks.

Sorry Robyn. Just thought good food and beer is what you were looking for and if you were willing to go to The Landing..., well King St. isn't very far from there.

Some people are born food snobs, and some just eat their way to that gastronomic honor!
