If your asking about Chatham Woods it seems to be a nice complex. I have been in there once about 7 years ago when I was looking to purchase one to use as a rental property. I didn't purchase it, because the market was just starting to tank at that time. Unless your living in or right next door to a mobile home I wouldn't worry about it too much. Here's an interior video you may find useful, but it's 4 years old so not current rental listing.

I manage 5 different units in there (Chatham Woods). No complaints from any tenants.

I just answered one like this yesterday. My folks have lived in Cedar Hills (32201) for 40 years with no problems. They are on Anvers. Look to stay south of Wilson. There are no condos or apt in that area , only SFD's.

I would choose 32082 for price, schools and resale. Avoid HOA's.

That's you, the OP (eureka1) asked about living in 32210 in Jacksonville not 32082 in Ponte Vedra!

Thank you everyone.
What do you guys think of Riverside (Park St. & Stockton St.) in terms of its location, safety, and if it's suitable for family with young kids. Many thanks!!

My office is in Riverside and I find parts of it to be a good family area. Park St. & Stockton St. is one of the fairly nice
areas. But the further north you go on Stockton St. the less nice it gets, especially when you get to and north of I-10.
Personally I wouldn't look at anything north of Dellwood Ave.
