Does anyone know how to figure the taxes in PVB and also St. Johns County.
I have not seen any information about taxes on real estate sites and can't find much on the STJC property site for estimating them.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not sure why my hand hit 9 - sorry. If you go to this website...go to top and do Seach by buyer. Once you go down, you'll see the tax site. - liz

Ponte Vedra Beach is IN St. John's County, so you can use the St. John's County Property Appraiser site to estimate your taxes.

Click on the "Estimate My Taxes" in the center of this page:

(You'll need to enter a fictional purchase price for your intended home)

Glad I could help .

If the estimator doesn't account for it, remember that you have the $25k homestead exemption too (at least for now.....it's up for debate whether we get to keep it going forward for new home purchases ).
