Often overlooked are the appliances that are included in the price of your new house. In today's market chances are that if a dishwasher is included it will be the cheapest from the manufacturer, so will be your irrigation clock and your A/c compressor will barely meet the capacity of your house. You won't feel it now but in a year or two you will. I suggest you check out these so-called freebies and if possible try to negotiate better and more functional appliances. Builders need to squeeze out every dollar from a sale but their gain is your loss. Just sayin' ...

Perhaps, although they often include upgrade or "gourmet" kitchen packages. I do agree, the dishwasher is always terrible. A washer/dryer and fridge aren't included anymore it seems, so that doesnt matter, you're going to have to purchase those anyway.
