Hi Everyone,

I'm currently building a house in Coastal Oaks that won't be completed until around next April. I'm in my mid-40's and will be settling there with my mom, who's 76. Just wondering if there are some "older" folks or anyone else without children? Empty nesters? Any tennis groups formed yet?

Looks like a beautiful area, and Toll Brothers seems to build a far superior house compared to the other builders up that way. From when we've visited, it also seems like everyone is very friendly, so we're looking forward to meeting our new neighbors.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Karen

Hi from Atlanta! We are planning to locate to Jacksonville summer 2015 and are now empty nesters. Looking at Nocatee because it seems to offer a lot of amenities and is close to work.
We are very interested in Nocatee and would like some feedback on which neighborhoods would be best for empty nesters other than the Del Webb ( we are not quite "there" yet!). We are happy to be around families but would really like some 50's in there too! Our price range would be flexible- $400-600.

Thanks!

Default New to Coastal Oaks

Hi!
We are looking at Coastal Oaks for summer 2015 move. We are in our 50s and empty nesters. Are there some empty nesters in the neighborhood?
Thanks!
