I agree with the previous post. Murabella in WGV seems more along the lines of what the OP is looking for. There is also Sevilla although I would give Murabella the edge being a bit more upscale in the appearance of homes and with bigger lots.

There are also some very nice family oriented communities that were mentioned before off 210. The downside there is traffic on 210 getting to and from 95 during the morning and evening peak hours.

Hi All! I could use your help. My husband and I are looking into moving near the WGV area. We are both avid golfers so it is very important to us to be very close to a golf course. Right now we currently live in Tampa, FL in an area called Westchase. We are less than 5 minutes from our local course which works out so well for us. I am in my late 20s and he is in his early 30s, we have no children just our little puppy. We are not party type people, we are in bed by 10 (11 on the weekends haha) and up by 5:30 or 6 in the morning. For us we just want to live in a nice neighborhood, close to a golf course, and preferably something that is deed restricted. Would you say the WGV would be the right fit for us? From my understanding it is made up of tons of different neighborhoods?? Are there some that are better than others? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. =)

Me and my wife and 8 year old son are relocating to the USA after an extended time overseas, 30 years! We are planning to offer for a house in WGV, Royal Pines.

Any advice?
