There is new construction on the corner of Bartram Park Blvd and Old St. Augustine Rd, just off 1-95. Appears to be a new shopping center and possibly townhomes. Anyone know the details about this construction? What stores are going in? A website on the contruction?

Thanks.

Yes it is called "Bartram Village". It is approx 21 1-2 acre lots that can house anything from gas stations, dining or even hotels. I have no idea who is going in there, but that is what they can put in there. I wish I had more info for you but that can't start building there til the end of the year. Hopefully they put some signs up soon. Hope this helps in some way.

Sorry forgot to mention there will be no townhomes/condos. Only commercial. The townhomes/condos/apts. are all down the street. They almost finished w/ Bartram Park Blvd (its painted and lights are going in now). And another large apt complex (almost 1000 units!!eeks) is going to start soon.

Default Bartram Village

Take it for what it is worth but two Kohls employees told me that a new Bonefish and a movie theatre are going in here. Let's hope they are both true!!!! They also told me they are going to start developing the other side of the street (next to Chillis) and they will be putting in a lot of small stores/shops.

I have heard about a movie theatre going into Bartram Park. I know that it will happen, I have no idea if it is at that site. This if very exciting news though if even half of it really pans out. And I have no idea how much room is next to Chilis because they are building a big regional park right behind it (Palmetto Leaves) and it covers about 400 acres w/ access from Old St. Aug and Greenland.

You can search "In The Pipeline" to see what permits have been pulled for that area:
