Try one of the Jacksonville Ale Houses. The happy hour crowd appears to be people from their early 30's to the early 50's. Large variety of beer and good drink specials. We are in our early 30's and enjoy going to the couple we go to.

The wine bars are nice (The Grotto, The Grape...), and it may be a slightly younger crowd, but have you checked out the Hookah bars?all inclusive, of course). Jacksonville magazine is good for finding places and things to do as well.
