As I write this, it is 30 degrees outside with Freezing rain, snow and sleet.
I am now reminded daily just why I want to move to Florida. As if people up here are not cranky enough as it is, just throw in a sunless day, a few hours of freezing rain and snow, and icy roads; what fun!
Gotta love good old PA.
Hoping and praying that you will see me in Jacksonville this time next year.
God Bless.

I love that we can be outdoors year round here and that the sky is bright and blue all the time - I never tire of that.

You're going to love it here !

It's 80 with no humidity. All I need is a drink in half-a-coconut and a pink umbrella for it!

The wife and I did one of our favorite things today. We went to hang out at the beach and while we were there took a few pics with the camera phone. We then forward them to my family in Western NY followed by a phone call. Hitting the beach on a perfect 80 degree day beats the heck out of snow blowing the driveway from the 4 inches of lake effect snow and ice. We went through 30+ years of snow and ice, don't miss it a bit except that a light dusting on Xmas day would be ok. We've been here since July of 03 and to this day we still say how glad we are that we made the decision to move to Jax/St Aug. Loving it!

You're all really mean! Here in Munich it is all wet and grey and stormy. Really nice.

But only 10 more days and we're on our way to Jax! We'll have a warm Christmas too. Oooooh yes!
