If anyone knows where we can rent a backhoe or trackhoe around the Satsuma area please let us know. Were 99% sure we are going to go ahead and buy this property but it needs cleared. Don't need a driver. Just want to get some prices. If you know a well or septic man maybe your one or your brother etc send us contact info. May need some concrete work as well. Can do most stuff our self but some things you just don't want to do etc. Thanks

I would check with Sunbelt Rental first. A few years back I was able to rent a backhoe from them, and they had a listing of folks who worked by the hour (including travel time) and where self-insured.

Agreed. The first two that come to mind are Ringpower, Caterpillar Heavy Equipment Dealer Fla. | Ring Power Corp. who only deals in CAT equipment and is located in St. Augustine, Fl
and
Sun Belt Rentals, https://www.sunbeltrentals.com/ who might be the cheaper option, they also have a branch in St. Augustine Branch #245
2360 Us Highway 1 S
Saint Augustine, FL 32086 (904) 829-5538

I know both will bring you the equipment but at what cost I couldn't say. I've never heard of Satsuma but looks like
St. Augustine is the closest place to find what you need. I hope thats a start.
