Anybody familiar with them and the general surrounding area? Thinking of moving there and trying to get a feel for the neighborhood.

The Wolf Creek community is very nice and well maintained. The area is safe and convenient. The condo floorplans are laid out well, the porches are screened, parking is not assigned, but there are plentiful spaces and the amenities are well taken care of. The townhouse neighborhoods are seperate from the condos with their own security gate and amenities. IMO, The smallest townhouse floorplan is very cramped. The larger floorplans are much better. There is a hug parking issue there, especially if there are more than 2 cars associated with the residents of an individual townhouse. There are not many overflow parking spots for guests

The location is great. Have you looked around much to explore all your options? I would do that so you don't move into a new home only to find one better suited to your needs once you become more familiar with the area.
