Moving to Jacksonville or St Johns, ?traffic (Jacksonville Beach, Fruit Cove: apartment, houses)

My family will move to Jacksonville at the end of June. We are looking for some neighborhoods with nice school especially middle schools, and not very far from Mayo Clinic that I will work at. It seems that PVB is a good option but the houses/apt under our budget $1500 are limited; we are looking at the area close to PVPV/crawling. St. John's area that having Fruit Cove, Liberty Pines Academy is another alternative option, but I'm not sure about the traffics on regular working hours 8-5; and certainly it will be also nice to know about the traffics from PVB to south side/Deerwood or downtown in case my wife finds a job there. Ok, I wanna help but I am having a little trouble understanding an abreviation. What is PVPV/crawling?

If I understand, you will be working at Mayo. Your wife could be working in Southside, Deerwood, or Downtown. What does she do?

I can understand having a problem finding an apartment in your budget in PVB. But there are neighborhoods close to there that would be well within that budget.

And are you considering any public school or just private or charter for the middle schooler?

Are you wanting to be close to the beach? If so, Jacksonville Beach would be a good choice.

If you can give a little more detail, I am sure I can and others could give you a better idea of what is available.
