how much i need to pay tax this year if i buy this house ?

Property Appraiser - Property Details

Why its so high in the proposed then the last year ?
Its gonna change next year (or i need to ask for tax reduction )?

Last year's taxable value accounts for a $50,000 homestead exemption. Proposed year doesn't. Look at the last set of orange boxes and you will see $0.00 under exemptions.

Maybe because no one buy it yet ( its forclosure )
But how i know what is the tax that i will pay every year

You can contact the appraisers office and they will give you an estimate on a property.

What Ivan Putski said - once the homestead exemption is removed the tax liability will go up. If you buy the house as a primary residence you'll be able to apply for the homestead exemption so eventually will also pay reduced taxes.

You can also use this tax estimator on the Duval Cty Property Appraiser's website when you are researching homes. Duval County Property Appraiser - Tax Estimator
