I just hate searching online. Especially when I know nothing but shopping the Town Center.
Chets Creek Ele School is in a great area and a heck lot closer to work than Mandarin. I have rentals in East Arlington and even with no traffic I can not get there in under 30 minutes. And during Rush Hour forget it.

I wont lie to the rush traffic is right there around Baymeadows and I-295. If you are looking at Chet's Creek Elementary, you can not go to wrong in the 32224 and 32256 zip codes.

Julington Creek to Blount Island will be a long haul. Especially during rush hour. Google maps shows it at 28-35 miles depending on route. 35-45 minutes without any traffic at all. Which is unlikely unless you're working a night shift. Best to drive it yourself during your normal working hours before making a decision. Robyn

I live in the Chets Creek School District. It's an awesome school and an awesome area! I know of a townhome that is coming available for rent. I'm also from Georgia.
