I will take this one on being I am a Real Estate Broker. First 99% of what I do is for myself and my investment group. That is how I make my money not by showing homes to others.
But more important, I love Real Estate and imagine most others in Real Estate share that passion. I mean when I am bored I look at houses especially new developments.
So does it not seem logical when a person ask a question about real estate prices and various locations someone in real estate would answer?
Let me try it this way if they asked about a tooth ache would they not want the question answered by someone in Knowledgeable about Dentistry.
When people ask about topics I know nothing about I do not even respond (normally), but if I know something about I do.
Anyway that explains my response, plus the fact this person is from TN, my home state. The others can respond if they so wish.
