Setzers is good - on Phillips Hwy.

Educate yourself on best prices before you go there or anywhere. They have a very nice showroom. If you know what you want, you can also order over the phone.

I solved my dilemma. I shopped locally in CT. I went when it wasn't busy to a local company here and explained that I couldn't buy from him and apologized. He told me the most I should pay for what I wanted which was extremely helpful. I called two well known appliance dealers in Jax. One, HH Gregg said they were "90% sure they could match the price" if I came in, in person. The other said no. I took the photo of the items I wanted, the price and went to Sears, who did match it. It will be delivered from Sears on our move in day. That saved me $$$ and lots of time at the other end.

Very well. The new crepe myrtle lost some leaves. The newly planted live oak tipped. The yard hadn't been graded at the time so there was standing water in the back. We were all very lucky. My husband went to see it. I'm flying down from CT on Thursday for a walk through on Friday.

We have bought appliances from Sears and have been happy with them. Don't forget to buy an extended warranty (most major appliances only come with one year these days). Robyn
