I've got some very collectible glassware that I want to unload, but I don't know where to take it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ebay.
Seriously.
(X) dealers are a totally pointless middleman in this day and age, unless what you're selling is seriously upmarket (Christies, Sothebys, etc) or too large to ship.

There isn't an "antique dealer" alive who will pay you one red cent for your stuff over what it already sells for on ebay.

Yup, I understand that. I'm not looking to make a killing, but before I post it on eBay, I need to satisfy myself that my glassware is what I believe it to be. And, if I hadn't read so much stuff online, I wouldn't even be hesitating right now.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll probably go ahead and post it on eBay if I don't get any advice on local dealers.

You might want to stop in to Avonlea. It's an antique mart where many dealers each have their own booth inside one big market. You could speak to the staff there and they should be able to advise you on which dealers might be interested, they'll know who's buying right now.

Avonlea is on Phllips Hgwy, on the NorthEast corner of Baymeadows....BIG brick building.
