Familiarizing myself with the neighborhoods in Nocatee. A lot of new homes for sale at The Point. Looking at the site map and trying to figure out what is behind the lots at the edge of the property lines behind the green buffers on the website's interactive map. 20-mile village, cypress park, etc. are similarly situated. Thanks.

Those are "preserve" buffers. We looked at those areas and there are trees separating the "neighborhoods". Each lot is different and you have to actually go there to see which one you prefer.

agree with Thundarr. I live in the area and ride my bike through all these areas. The surroundings vary and there are subtle things about some of the lots that make them more attractive. Even with several of them being preserve, some preserve lots have better trees or different tree variety. Some are curved or have stone wall or bulkhead structure to separate a wetland type of area. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful even with a lot of construction still going on.
