My family is moving into stonehurst plantation at the end of this month. We have 4 boys (20 months, 3, 6, and 9 years old.) and need child care.

Can anyone please let me know what is available and any recommendations. My wife and I will both be working and need full time care for the two little ones and part time care (around school hours) for the two older ones.

Thank you for all your help.

Default Childcare

There are two child care centers. One is Tutor Time (down by South Hampton) and the other is Primrose School (by St. John's Forest). Haven't used either, so can't give you much more info than that.

Here is a link to the local Child Care Resource & Referral:

Early Learning Coalition of Duval (http://www.elcofduval.org/ChildCareProvidersResourceReferral.asp - broken link)

They could help you find not only child care centers, but also licensed family child care providers that provide care in private homes.

Hope that helps.

Laura

I would not recommend TutorTime. It was not the cleanliness or teachers, but the mgmt had a lot of difficulties with turnover.

While turnover may seem a big deal...having a new teacher every few months is hard on the little ones!
