del web 1900 sq ft = 400K rest of Nocatee 2800 sq ft = 400K. What am i missing?

Baby boomers in general have more money than the younger generations and are willing to pay a premium to be gated off from the petulant little brats in the other neighborhoods.

The best suggestion is you come here and see for yourself. Its impossible for us to tell you what would suit you. There are many new communities plus existing ones that would be possibilities. Jax is such a large area you really need to come for at least a few days and survey the area.

Artisan Lakes is another 55+ community in Nocatee. Not as big as Del Webb (will only have 196 homes), gas heat/gas stovetop/gas hookup for BBQ grill and dryer.
