I live off Race Track so excited about the prospect of the new retail center. I don't care about the stores as I buy mostly everything online, it's more restaurants that I'd like to see.

Extremely niche stores like LV and Tiffany really only need one location in a metro area. In general most people aren't going to care to shop at those stores, either from lack of interest or lack of funds.

I don't really go to Walmart much but if you gave me a choice of having a Walmart or a Louis Vuitton down the road, I'm going to choose Walmart, and this is coming from somebody who appreciates and owns some LV stuff.

Honestly, that keeps me from even thinking of going there during the evenings many nights. Make Durbin Park a place where you can get around easily and traffic flows vs. SJTC which is a myriad of one-way streets, stop lights, speed bumps and too many cars with no even parking spaces. Whoever designed the SJTC should be slapped repeatedly.

You are 100% right. Driving there is a nightmare. One time going to Apple I drove down the road with the shops and it is a nightmare, Oncoming traffic, pedestrians, all in a too confined area. Whoever designed the road layout should be imprisoned. Other issue is parking, I tried to go to Barnes and noble and couldn't find parking, so I just left and went to a different BN location the next day.
