That was my understanding too Eric, but I thought I read recently that the contract was expiring and was hoping a resident could chime in. We are relocating and love the neighborhood, but if Comcast or Verizon are not available in this neighborhood we are crossing it off our list. My wife will be working from home full time and sub-par cable/internet will not work for us.

I reached out to the HOA and they did confirm that the exclusive deal with Litestream is still in effect. Unfortunately, we will be crossing this community off our list.

Agreed. Such a nice community, you'd think someone would have had some sense from the get-go not to get locked into a contract with a service provider that no one had likely heard of.
