Can anyone recommend the name of a good realtor that does rentals? My friends gave me the name of their agent, but I called her twice yesterday and she never called me back. I'm looking to rent in the 32259 zip code. I hope not to spend more than $1400 a month for an apartment or a townhouse. It also must be pet friendly, allowing both dogs and cats.

Thank you for any help you can provide. 😊

A lot of agents don't show rentals. Your best bet is to get on Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and the like, and conduct your search. Make appts for showings directly with the listing office.

realtors don't make money on rentals. it's hard enough to get the mgmt company that list the rentals to give you a callback. Tons of rentals in that zip code though. I was searching them early spring but ended not needing one. I was using zillow.

OP, I just noticed you're a pet owner. In many cases, if you have more than 2 pets, you will not be considered for approval. Some HOA's limit pet occupancy to no more than 2 pets of any kind and, in some instances, renters are not allowed to keep pets at all. Mgmt companies will usually have the same 2-pet limitation. Ther s just too much risk associated with animals in a residence, regardless of how responsible a pet owner claims to be. You can thank the irresponsible ones for these policies, and also the insurance companies.
