so wtf happened there? hundreds of students ditched school to gather at the beach. fights or whatnot broke out and only 3 were arrested. at least that's what it was posted on the news website. no details of what schools they're from nor why they didn't disburse the crowd beforehand. and most of all, no world on what the school is doing about it?
Didn't catch the live news and not much is in print, any more insights to this?

please don't let it be about racial issues, as it was on the news site's comment pages.

I just felt there are a lot of failed issues

Does Jax have any ordinance about gatherings?

Local Live News stated it was a "Senior Skip Day". Schools mentioned were First Coast HS, Raines HS, Ribault HS and maybe some others.

it seems as if the media has buried this story, from what I understand it was a case of too many kids with little to do once they got to the beach and petty rivalries between different groups became a serious incident. HS aged kids can be quite foolish and too many of them in one spot is part of recipe for problems
