Definitely Tampa, its much more spread out than Miami. One of the nicest aspects of Jacksonville in my opinion is there's a variety, downtown (urban area) then, in about a 20 min car ride you can be out in the country.

Neither. Jacksonville is in a lane all its own.

Hmmm, I think that Miami is really the only international city in Florida. Been to the other large cities (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville). Orlando just seems like a tacky, kids version of Vegas. Tampa has some nice beaches nearby but the city itself is pretty bland, run of the mill. Jacksonville seems even worse. Its small (when considering metro area), ultra conservative, deep south vibe.

So, I'd say that Jacksonville is more like Tampa but a step down.

I agree its nothing like Miami or Tampa. Miami is 72.5% Latino, Tampa is 25.7 and Jacksonville is 9.6. Besides being in Florida and next to the Ocean they have little in common.
