Mattamy homes in Rivertown

Does anyone own or know anything about this builder? Are they quality homes? Are you able to customize some options? How is their warranty, do they stand behind their work and fill work orders if items need to be fixed after purchase? After one year?

Thank you!

When I bought a house in early 2017, they were not very high on the rankings. These unofficial lists of builder rankings do fluctuate so maybe they have improved. A lot of it comes down to having a good construction mgr ensuring quality work which as you know is all done by various sub contractors. I can't speak to their warranty follows ups but I have read plenty of reviews that didn't paint a pretty picture. Of course, people don't often go on the internet or social media to praise how much they love their house.

Their houses always appealed to me aesthetically though. Good luck. Rivertown looks like it's really coming along.

I went to see some model homes at RiverTown. The builder was Matteny. They were good but nothing that made us stand out. We also attended the grand opening at RiverTown about 3 weeks ago. We were told that they will be building there for the next 10years so I’m sure other builders will come into RiverTown. We were very impressed with Rivertown, especially since it is further away from I-95 ( less sprawl ).

That was the Grand Opening of the new Amenity Center. There was another grand opening when Mattamy relaunched the project and built a new entrance. It has been around a few years. We found it too far from everything but liked the homes and plans.
