And AT&T is no better than Comcast in terms of customer service, imho. Meaning, they're awful. They also state $80/month for Fiber but if you click on the fine print it states the following:

After 12 months, then prevailing monthly rate applies unless canceled by customer before end of promo period.

Still, many folks are happy to cut the chord from Comcast and this is probably the best option currently.
