I'm excited as it looks like possibly in 30 days i'll be heading back to Jax after 13 years. I can't wait to get back to the beaches as i really miss the water and getting super dark tanned again.

Question i have is sometimes i see pictures of the different beach locations/resorts around Florida and noticed that they have Beach Chairs with Umbrellas so does any of the beaches in Jax area provide those or will i have to go purchase my own.

Thanks....
6/3

You bring your own umbrella and chairs. Which reminds me, I got my annual St. Johns County beach pass yesterday which allows me to drive my SUV right onto the beach and use the tail gate as my "umbrella" while I sit on my beer cooler.

Thanks Cricketfan for the info....

That's cool to hear about the beach pass with your auto. St.Johns would be St.Augustine correct?? How much is the pass and where do you purchase it.....

you'll need to buy your own, some private clubs provide them and some of those clubs rent them, I don't know of any public beach where you can rent chairs for the day.
