Felt a bit unsafe.
On the positive side with the beach being less crowded, we definitely enjoyed it.
Jax Beach is turning into the hood. Shootings, rapes, theft.....and a very poorly designed infrastructure that guarantees slow traffic these days. Who the hell puts a roundabout in and then adds stop signs to it? Nobody even knows what to do at the 1st Street/Beach Blvd. intersection anymore.

Stick to Neptune, Atlantic, Vilano, St. Auggie, etc.

City leaders in Jax Beach need complete turnover and people with a better vision elected.

You could pretty much say this about ALL areas in and around Jacksonville. Typically only one or two ways to get from point A to point B in this city unless you want to deal with stop and go side streets.
