Hello,
My husband is getting a job offer in Jacksonville, and we'll be coming to scope out the area on Labor Day weekend. Can anyone recommend a good realtor we can meet with while we are there? Also, any other advice or info you would like to give would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

I would look for homes in 32218. 32218 has the better neighborhoods in N. Jacksonville. This is the area above Dunn Ave. 32208-32209 has large swaths of hood.

Check out the Andria Erickson and Leona de Castro team: https://www.zillow.com/profile/DeCas...onTeam/http://

They sold our home and we were very happy with them. Their photographer and marketing were great and we sold our home within one day.

They know the northside of Jax very well and live there themselves.

I can highly recommend them!

I would peruse the listings on Zillow and get an idea of what you are looking for and whats available. Its best to rent if possible. We spent weeks looking and came back twice. Jacksonville is a huge area.

I can vouch for them. I got a good deal on a home from them.

Thanks to those who recommended the Andria Erickson and Leona de Castro team. My husband and I have a meeting with both Andria and Leona when we are in Jacksonville on Friday, 8/31. Again, most appreciated!

@germanoricua, would you consider this realtor more a buyer’s realtor or a seller’s realtor? Thank you 😊

They do both (as I think most realtors do). Check out their reviews on Zillow. My only experience with them is as a seller. According to the reviews they do seem to work more with buyers than sellers but I do not really know.
